Additional schools beyond the 10 or additional Elite schools beyond the 5: $525 (2025)/$550(2026)/$575(2024)/$600(2028) for each school

Payable at first meeting. Additional hours can be purchased in 4-hour blocks at the same hourly rate. Everything tracked (mtgs, phone calls, emails, research, editing, etc.). Prorated refunds for unused hours will be made. . (Note-Hourly rates for clients using less than 10 hours are 10% higher than calculated mini-package rate).
Transfer Students - Hourly pricing - Based on year of transfer : 2025 $275/hr 2026 $285/hr 2027 $300/hr 2028 $310/hr
5-hour retainer due at first meeting. Additional retainers will be requested if time used up. Any remaining time will be refunded at conclusion. Everything tracked (mtgs, phone calls, emails, research, editing, etc.) Unused retainer will be refunded. Mini-Package discount available for transfer students requiring 10 or more hours.
Essay Kickstart Workshop Series: (Add-on to Mini-Package)
Main Essay Workshop: Class of 2025 $625 for a multi-day, small-group Zoom workshop, approximately 75 min each session + a 1-1 brainstorming session with writing coach, plus editing of the first draft of main essay (Not available as a standalone item…must be purchased in addition to other services). Included in fee for Comprehensive Package students.
Supplemental Essays Workshop: Class of 2025 $375 for multi-day, small-group sessions, approximately 75 min each + 1 individual session to discuss short writing exercises from workshop. (Not available as a standalone item…must be purchased in addition to other services). Included in fee for Comprehensive Package students.
Students enrolling in both workshops receive a $50 discount from the individual workshop pricing.
Career Assessment Program:
$900 (In addition to any other services/package; also available stand-alone). 4 sessions with the student which includes completion of an aptitude and career discovery profile followed by a discussion of occupational options. We will then work with the student to rank the options and teach them how to further explore. The program concludes with the career coach meeting with the student and parents jointly to review the findings and rationale.
